Did a lot of experimenting this year, but not a whole lot of practice.
I feel I've gotten a lot better at my painting style and finally dropped doing line art all together in November (Unless of course it's a inking or something). There was few months when I didn't even have a legit picture so had to put in boredom drawings. I've also stopped using black completely in coloured paintings and learned lots about mixing colours together. I've also come to terms that it's way more fun having more then one type of drawing style, uhahaha.
My New Years artist revolution shall be draw a fucking lot more then I did this year, and practice more on angles, perspective, anatomy, moar backgrounds, and just shit that I need to work on in general. Hoping they'll have free life drawing classes again at school this semester. Didn't get to go to any last semester cause they made it so late and I had to wake up really early the next morning. Now I only have 3 days a week next semester so if it's on Thursday again, I'm defs going. /thumbs up
Other then that I had an awesome year, and thanks for all those who supported my first commission opening. I was so crazy nervous opening them, but I had a lot of fun drawing other people's characters and will definitely open them again! I have a lot more in store for you guys in 2013, until then, have an amazing new years filled with awesome!
